Only UK British citizens who are serious about marriage can register. Each member's identity will be verified either by bringing ID to an open day at the mosque or uploading it securely into the system.

2. How are member profiles handled?

Pure Zawaj is a safe, structured database of profiles:

• No direct communication between members is allowed.
• Private details (phone numbers, email, address) are never shared.
• Photos are hidden by default and only visible after a one-to-one request is approved by the member. Approved access lasts 7 days.

3. How do photo and meeting requests work?

• Members can request to view photos or schedule a one-to-one meeting with another approved member.
• Requests can be approved or rejected by the member receiving them.
• All meetings are one-to-one, respecting Islamic guidelines.
• Mehrams are encouraged, and volunteers are available to support those without a mahram.
• Meeting dates and times are scheduled according to the mosque calendar and availability.

4. Are there fees for members?

• The registration fee gives access to the database.
• It ensures we attract genuiene marriage seekers and discourage those not serious.
• Payments are handled by the mosque using your existing payment systems.

5. How are registration fees shared?

• Mosques retain most of the fees to cover administrative and operational costs, making this a viable project.
• Pure Zawaj takes a small proportion of the fees to fund system maintenance, verification, security, and ongoing support.
• This ensures mosques gain value and Pure Zawaj can continue providing a secure, structured service.

6. How does my mosque get started?

• Register your mosque via our website.
• A unique login is created for your mosque, branded with your logo, so your service feels fully your own.
• We provide training and guidance to set up your portal and open it to your community.

7. How are registrations managed?

• Members can register in person at an open day or online through your mosque's portal.
• Pure Zawaj supports your mosque throughout registration, profile verification, and database management.

8. How do meetings take place?

• All meetings are one-to-one, arranged via your mosque's calendar.
• Approved meetings can happen at your mosque or another partner mosque.
• Our team and Volunteers assist to ensure safety and adherence to Islamic principles.

9. How is privacy and security maintained?

• Pure Zawaj keeps all data secure and private.
• Profiles are verified by our team.
• Only approved requests (photos or meetings) are visible for a limited period.
• Members cannot contact each other outside the system unless arranged through the mosque.
