If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use or access these Services. The application form constitutes a contractual offer by you to us subject to these Terms and Conditions, and no others. This document (“The Membership Terms and Conditions”) sets out the relationship between you and Pure Zawaj™, to which you expressly agree once you accept the Membership Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility and Conduct
- 1.1 Age Requirement: You affirm that you are over 18 years old and have not provided false information to gain access to this website. Anyone found using Pure Zawaj services under the age of 18 will be banned immediately without a refund, and your IP address will also be banned.
- 1.2 Religious Commitment: You affirm and swear by Allah that you are a practicing Muslim who follows the Quran and Sunnah and are seeking to marry a practicing Muslim spouse.
- 1.3 Halal Intentions: Pure Zawaj services are designed to help you find a spouse in a halal manner. If you are a parent or wali of a sister, you MAY create an account on behalf of your child WITH THEIR PERMISSION.
- 1.4 Single Account Policy: You may NOT create multiple accounts for yourself. Any member found with more than one account can be banned permanently without a refund.
- 1.5 Non-Commercial Use: Pure Zawaj is intended solely for individual members’ personal use and not for commercial or business purposes. Unauthorized commercial activity will result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.
2. Terms of Use
- 2.1 Agreement to Terms: You expressly agree to use this service subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not understand or agree to ALL Terms and Conditions, you forfeit the right to use our service, and you will not log in to Pure Zawaj services at any time.
- 2.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities will result in a PERMANENT BAN from Pure Zawaj services WITHOUT A REFUND:
- 2.2.1 Purpose of Registration: Registering solely for the purpose of finding a spouse or as a parent/wali with permission from their child. Transferring your account to another person or entity is prohibited.
- 2.2.2 Confidentiality: Committing to keep all information provided to you by other members private and confidential. Sharing information with third parties without permission is prohibited.
- 2.2.3 Financial Requests: You will not request or send money or financial assistance to any member you meet through Pure Zawaj. Any attempt to do so may result in legal action.
- 2.2.4 Harmful Content: You will not upload or distribute viruses or any software that could harm Pure Zawaj services or its users.
- 2.2.5 Un-Islamic Content: Posting or communicating vulgar, harmful, or criminal material, including any form of harassment, racism, bigotry, or violence, is strictly prohibited.
- 2.2.6 Spam and Business Promotion: Unsolicited mass mailings, spam, and commercial promotions are forbidden.
- 2.2.7 Information Gathering: Gathering personal information from members without their explicit consent is prohibited.
- 2.2.8 Truthfulness: The information you provide in your profile must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation can lead to legal action.
3. User Responsibilities
- 3.1 Photo Accuracy: All photographs uploaded to Pure Zawaj must be authentic, truthful, and recent photographs of yourself. You must have explicit consent from any other person appearing in your photos. You agree to indemnify Pure Zawaj against any claims arising from unauthorized photos.
- 3.2 Monitoring and Privacy: Your right to use Pure Zawaj is subject to any restrictions, limitations, or conditions imposed by Pure Zawaj. This includes monitoring of conversations for safety purposes. Pure Zawaj is not liable for any issues arising from conversations taken off the platform.
- 3.3 Profile Approval: Profiles are manually approved within 24-48 hours. Suspicious or fraudulent profiles will be rejected immediately, resulting in a permanent ban without a refund.
- 3.4 Staff Interaction: Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban without refund.
4. Fraud and Scam Warning
- 4.1 General Warning: Pure Zawaj emphatically warns members never to send money to anyone they meet on our services. A small number of profiles may belong to scammers, who might request money under various pretenses. Pure Zawaj is not responsible for any losses resulting from these scams.
- 4.2 Member Responsibility: It is your responsibility to report any member who solicits money by using the report feature on their profile.
5. Limitation of Liability
- 5.1 Hold Harmless: You agree to hold Pure Zawaj harmless from any wrongdoing, scam, misrepresentation, or inappropriate contact by other members. Pure Zawaj assumes no liability, financial or otherwise, in such cases.
- 5.2 No Endorsement: Pure Zawaj does not endorse, confirm, or validate the accuracy of any information posted by members. Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Terms and Conditions for Charges for the Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations regarding charges applicable to services provided by Pure Zawaj. By using the services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services and accepting any charges associated with them, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. Charges

- 4.3 Communication: You must promptly acknowledge and respond to communication related to charges.
5. Dispute Resolution
- 5.1 Disputes: If you have a dispute regarding a charge, you must contact Pure Zawaj within 14 days.
- 5.2 Resolution Process: Pure Zawaj will investigate and aim to resolve disputes within 30 days.
6. Liability
- 6.1 Limited Liability: Pure Zawaj’s liability concerning charges is limited to the amount of the charge itself. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- 6.2 Force Majeure: Pure Zawaj is not liable for any charges that are not processed due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Termination
- 7.1 Termination by User: You may terminate services at any time, subject to payment of any outstanding charges.
- 7.2 Termination by Pure Zawaj: Pure Zawaj reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms and Conditions or unpaid charges.
8. Amendments
Pure Zawaj reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated and will take effect upon notification.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
